Context
Konsultimi Publik is a public-sector platform for consultation and civic engagement. It gives citizens a clearer place to read documents, follow public initiatives, and participate in feedback processes.
Challenge
The system needed to serve two audiences at once: citizens who need simple access to information, and administrative users who need secure tools for publishing, tracking, and managing consultations.
Solution
In collaboration with INSTANT.AL, Bizzful worked on the interface, frontend experience, custom dashboard, hosting setup, consulting, and security considerations. The platform was structured around clarity, accessibility, and reliable publishing workflows.
Outcome
The final platform supports transparent communication between public institutions and citizens. It gives the Parliament of Albania a more modern channel for participation while keeping administration practical and secure.
